Our entire Co-op was busy with this one! We each roasted several pounds of real pumpkin for our Head Brewer to throw into the churning mash. What resulted is a well-rounded and subtly spiced pumpkin ale fashioned by our worker-owners. A toasty and biscuity amber base provides a high level of drinkability, and we hope you enjoy many pints deep into our Texas "winter."
