Blonde with Cardamom
Need a boost? We used Pilsen malt and Glacier hops to deliver a bright and refreshing Spring Ale with light grassy notes and an effervescent herbal finish.
American Pale Ale
Brewed with hand-ground coriander, sweet orange peel, and carefully augmented by bold Cascade hops, Zephyr still manages to present a complex malty body that compliments all of its accents. Refreshing, hoppy, and perfect for Texas.
A grapefruit-infused IPA packing one hell of a citrus punch. Classic Columbus/Cascade hops balanced with toasty Munich and crystal malts provide a base for painstakingly-prepared real grapefruit. This IPA is available to accompany you on long journeys through parks, forests, and lawless deserts. Come by the brewery to get the freshest version available.
Party World Lager
Drawn directly from the fangs of MOTHER WORM, a single barrel of this precious venom was obtained and can be added with great care to improve the lagering process of willing beers. Any beer made with this venom has enhanced euphoric qualities and SNAKE POWER. Wow! Once networked across the earth, this venom will magnify her power enough to bring about Earth's FINAL DOOM! Please drink responsibly!
Rosemary Gruit (GF)
A true son of Texas, this gruit is made with all native Texas ingredients. Sitting on a base of sorghum cane juice and dark brown sugar, Sun Eater is bittered with rosemary and infused with dried lemon peel. It is highly-attenuated for a dry and refreshing finish similar to that of a cider or champagne.
We brought Scottish peat moss in and used (ruined?) our friend's smoker peating our own malt. A subtle peat character works well in this monster of a scotch-style ale. Kilt recommended.
Foreign Extra Stout
A quiet, enveloping darkness of roasted grain, dark cocoa, subtle coffee, strong caramel without the sweetness, a hint of dark fruit, bittersweet and moderately dry.
It’s not like the others, man, really.
The upside down
An easy-drinking brown ale with chocolate, toasty, and light caramel flavors and aromas to balance a liberal bittering addition of Goldings hops. Dry but still boasting malty complexity, this beer aims to pair well with every day recipes like roasted or grilled chicken and mild cheeses.
Jaryllo hops were never necessarily bred to be front-and-center in an IPA, but when married with the bolder honeydew and strawberry flavors of Huell Melon hops, its more delicate pear and orange aromas are emphasized and complimented to create a pleasing full picture. With a crisp, refreshing wheat backbone, White Lodge deserves more than one pint to fully appreciate its gentle flavors.
