Blonde with Cardamom
Need a boost? We used Pilsen malt and Glacier hops to deliver a bright and refreshing Spring Ale with light grassy notes and an effervescent herbal finish.
American Pale Ale
Brewed with hand-ground coriander, sweet orange peel, and carefully augmented by bold Cascade hops, Zephyr still manages to present a complex malty body that compliments all of its accents. Refreshing, hoppy, and perfect for Texas.
A grapefruit-infused IPA packing one hell of a citrus punch. Classic Columbus/Cascade hops balanced with toasty Munich and crystal malts provide a base for painstakingly-prepared real grapefruit. This IPA is available to accompany you on long journeys through parks, forests, and lawless deserts. Come by the brewery to get the freshest version available.
Bright, refreshing and dry - Crystal Lake finishes with a soft herbal and juicy note from the addition of chamomile flowers.
Sour Wheat w/ Tamarind
Our crisp, American wheat ale is made with pure tamarind paste for a tart and pleasing finish. Renewal appeals to those searching for that subtle balance between sour and refreshing. Specifically formulated to meet all of your river-floating and porch-drinking needs!
Mega Citrus One
A conturbation of hops, this brew was sent to us from the disorderly future of 2031. Warrior, Chinook, Centennial, Columbus and Simcoe all thrash about in an over-crowded pint glass to bring you an incredibly citrusy and dank double IPA. Only one willing to take the helm of judge, jury and executioner could find order in this chaotic yet balanced brew - and we're certian you are up to the task.
We brought Scottish peat moss in and used (ruined?) our friend's smoker peating our own malt. A subtle peat character works well in this monster of a scotch-style ale. Kilt recommended.
Black Tea and Orange-Blossom Honey Amber
A pleasing mixture of German and Belgian specialty malts create a subtle and complex foundation for a beer with distinct floral aromas. A liberal addition of orange blossom honey, balanced by the gentle bitterness and refreshing herbality of high-quality black tea leaves (Chinese flowery orange pekoe) creates the perfect pairing for sinful amounts of smoked brisket. Although it is definitely not a sweet beer, it remains an excellent and fitting complement, and we invite you to enjoy it on its own as well.
