All of the curious and refreshing 4th Tap beers are brewed with the Texas weather in mind, using many tasty ingredients that hail from our home state.


Sorghum Ale
Style: Gruit

A true son of Texas, this gruit is made with all native Texas ingredients. Sitting on a base of sorghum cane juice and dark brown sugar, Sun Eater is bittered with rosemary and infused with dried lemon peel. It is highly-attenuated for a dry and refreshing finish similar to that of a cider or champagne. This gruit was designed to beat back that Tyrant Sun of hot Texas weather, which is practically year-round, so grab a 6-pack and head out into the world!


Tamarind Wheat Ale
Style: Wheat Ale

Our crisp, Magnum-hopped wheat beer brewed with tamarind fruit for a tart and pleasing finish. Renewal appeals to those searching for that subtle balance between sour and refreshing. Specifically formulated to meet all your river-floating and porch-drinking needs! Cheers!

Long Walk

Grapefruit IPA
Style: American IPA

A grapefruit-infused IPA packing one hell of a citrus punch. Classic Columbus/Cascade hops balanced with toasty Munich and crystal malts provide a base for painstakingly-prepared real grapefruit. This IPA is available to accompany you on long journeys through parks, forests, and lawless deserts. Come by the brewery to get the freshest version available.



Style: Spring Ale

Need a boost? We used Pilsen malt and Glacier hops to deliver a bright and refreshing Spring Ale with light grassy notes and an effervescent herbal finish. 


Style: Pale Ale
ABV: 7.0%
IBU: 34

Brewed with hand-ground coriander, sweet orange peel, and carefully augmented by bold Cascade hops, Zephyr still manages to present a complex malty body that compliments all of its accents. Refreshing, hoppy, and perfect for Texas.


Style: Smoked Imperial Rye
ABV: 9%

A celebration of brewing and friendship, this Imperial Rye was created as a "co-op"eration between 4th Tap and Black Star. The complex malt base has rendered a big rye body & finish with a very nice smokey flavor.


Style: Porter
ABV: 6.8%

In the mood for something darker? Our dry robust porter has just the toasty dark flavor you seek. The full body and toasty bitterness make Brick Top a superb winter brew.
